The curtain and Roman blind course exceeded all my expectations. Your attention to detail is incredible but so important when you need that professional finish. Pleating by design was a real eye-opener and shows that this is ignored by many "bespoke" curtain retailers.
The course notes are just fab. I certainly won't be buying any more books! I will be moving house soon and I cannot wait to buy my new sewing machine and get started!

I had the most wonderful week with Clive - he quite simply a brilliant teacher and so utterly generous with his knowledge. His expertise and attention to detail is phenomenal. I was a complete beginner - had never made a curtain in my life, have fairly limited sewing skills, however Clive gave me lots of confidence. I feel I have learnt so much and can't wait to put it into practice.
I would really recommend to anybody who is thinking about doing a curtain making course - go to Clive and you really won't regret it! He is incredibly patient and he works you hard, his workroom is also fantastic and a good example of what you might need if you are considering a career in curtain making.
I will most certainly be coming back for more training in the future with Clive.

Dear Clive

Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed last week. I've been on previous courses but have come away knowing so much more. Now I know how to calculate for roman blinds it will make my life so much easier. It's been a pleasure to be taught by someone who takes such pride in his work and whose enthusiasm for teaching meant I came away with samples I can be truly proud of.

Looking forward to my course on Swags and Tales in the summer.
